With the utmost customer service at his heart, Masum Billah is the Marketing Director for Synergy Globe. After his graduation from Jagannath University, Bangladesh, he immigrated to Canada to study Hospitality Management. He got enrolled in Centennial College to learn more about serving the clients with the motto of ‘satisfaction is the bottom line’. He was the highest pass seller for Summer Olympic in London 2012 fundraising event based in Toronto. He served in a lot of highly reputed Toronto restaurants such as Oliver & Bonacini – Bannock, Swiss Chalet as Server and Supervisor. Later he joined the luxurious & prestigious ‘Trump Hotel’ that later named as ‘St. Regis Hotel’ as ‘Assistant Server’ to serve the hotel guests. He has been living in three different provinces and working in various upscale hotel and restaurant brands across Canada since his migration to Canada. He held a leadership role as 'Guest Services Manager' at a Canadian hospitality company Sandman Hotel Group. He has also worked in ‘Hyatt Regency’ hotel as ‘Server’. Mr. Billah has been with ‘Marriott International’ from 2017 and later promoted to ‘Front Office Supervisor’ of Westin Hotel and Resort (chain of Marriott Hotel) as a result of appreciation to his hard work. He joined ‘Synergy Globe’ to serve its clientele to the esteemed level.
